About Us

With over 20 years experience in CRE financial services, we have well-established relationships with institutional correspondents and private investment sources which are more flexible than banks, but have excellent bank-like rates;  hard money; niche funding sources; etc. Besides typical loans, we handle the unique and tough deals, such as bank-turn downs, quick closings to keep an acquisition deal alive, etc.

Loan types include acquisition, refi, construction, all-in-one construction/take out, rehab, perm, mini-perm, mezzanine loans, A & D loans. We have lenders for S-F fix and flip investors. agricultural properties.

Note purchasing: We have buyers for real estate notes held by investors or institutions; portfolios up to $10 million.

Loans are available for acquisition of individual notes or portfolio of notes.

We can provide loans for auction acquisitions.

Equity and Equity/Debt funding is available for special situations.

Most property types will be considered: office, retail, multi-family, light industrial, hospitality, fractured condos, assisted living/memory care, S-F plats, etc.


We never charge upfront fees and only get paid when a deal closes.

We are available to work closely with your attorney, CPA, or real estate agent.

Primary geographic area: Although located in the Seattle, WA area, we can arrange financing throughout Washington state and in most states.

We collaborate with CRE brokers for acquisition/sales, appraisers, correspondents, and other established professionals.
