___ A complete, as-is description of the property: location; age; construction type; deferred maintenance; number and types of units with rents; acreage; zoning; tenant amenities; parking; management company; location map; visibility from, or distance to, major arterials and freeways, retail, and public transportation; parking; etc.
___Photos and links to Google map and satellite image of property
___For Retail/Office/Light Industrial: Lease summary of tenants (square footage; rent amount; scheduled rent increases; expiration of leases and renewal options; vacancy; NNN; etc.
___2015-2016, YTD and projected Income/Expense summaries (including NOI and debt service)
___ Borrower contact information (name, company name and mailing address, telephone,
fax numbers, e-mail address).
